The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America, When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

Our goal in launching this initiative is to encourage candidates and incumbents running for Congress now and in the future to embrace the principals and goals as stated below and incorporate them into their platforms as they run for office and, more importantly, incorporate them into the legislation and policies they enact, implement, and enforce should they be elected to office.
Further, these principles and guidelines could well be applied at the community, family, and individual levels. On the individual level, we begin our enumeration of principles by highlighting two critical issues specifically related to women.

This initiative is comprised of a series of simple, straight-forward “Yes” or “No” questions. For example, “Should a woman’s rights be enshrined in the constitution?” A “yes” can be taken for support of the ideal. A “no” can be taken as opposition to the ideal. Until they are put into action via legislation and government policies, such ideals are that and nothing more — ideals—some might say hot air. A “yes” is the necessary first step to take to start our government and its leaders moving in the right direction.
As the old saying goes, “The devil is in the details.” Devilish negotiations and arguments may ensue as legislation and policies start to take shape, and the details may remain unclear for the moment, but supporters will be united in their purpose by that one powerful word, “Yes”.
Here are our questions, separated into groups according to common themes:
INDIVIDUAL/COMMUNITY LEVELS:
A. Women
Should women’s rights be enshrined in the constitution?
Should a woman have the right to sue her oppressor with no statute of limitations applying?
B. Individuals
Should political speech based on lies and innuendos be banned?”
C. Religion
Should the separation of church and state stipulated in the Constitution be enforced?
Should people and institutions that violate the separation of church and state be subjected to lawsuits and penalties?
FEDERAL LEVEL
Should the Electoral College be eliminated so Presidential elections are decided by popular vote?
A. Candidates for Office
Should candidates for federal office be banned from using money raised for their political campaigns to pay personal debts and other outside obligations not related to their campaigns be enshrined in the Constitution?
Should the statute of limitations be changed so that any corporation or office holder is extended to 50 years for high crimes and misdemeanors verses the seven years for individuals?
Should a person who has been convicted of a felony or has filed for bankruptcy be prevented from running for office?
If yes, should they be denied their retirement benefits and others benefits as well??
Should the 14th Amendment be changed to allow states to bar a person running for office based on seditious or criminal actions?
Should elected officials who violate their oaths of office be subject to lawsuits?
Should persons proven to have taken bribes be held responsible and, if so, in what way(s)?
Should persons proven to have bribed elected officials be held responsible and, if so, in what way(s)?
Should redistricting with the goal of eliminating the practice of gerrymandering be made mandatory for all 50 states?
Should the filibuster be eliminated for better functioning of the government?
Should the process of appointing and removing civil servants jobs be codified for all administrations?
Should those that steal from government programs be required to pay restitution?
CIVIL SERVICE
Should federal civil servants be held responsible for their actions when they use their position to benefit themselves or their political party instead of serving the people?
JUDICIARY
Should a uniform code of ethics apply to all judges including the Supreme Court up to arrest and removal of office?
Should the lifetime appointment of federal and state judges be eliminated and changed to term limits?
Should wives of Judges who support insurrection be subject to criminal statutes?
Should judges and their partners be censured for displaying blatant partisanship?
Should the words and deeds of federal, state, and local judges be subject to review?
Should judges be restricted from making rulings on the statements made and actions proposed in this initiative?
Should Federal State and local judges be censured for violating their oaths of office with the right to remove from office and license removal and loss of benefits?
Should Supreme Court judges that commit perjury during their Senate confirmation hearings be disbarred and removed from office?
MILITARY
Should Veterans with health and medical conditions (such as shell shock, brain injuries, PTSD etc...) related to serving in wars involving U.S. forces be recognized by awarding them the Purple Heart?
Should the real estate laws and tax laws be amended that Veterans properties are protected from foreclosure or while living in homes that are under foreclosure?
ENTERPRISE LEVEL
PHARMACEUTICALS
Should Big Pharma be banned from TV advertisements promoting their drugs?
Should drug expiration dates for prescriptions be required to match private expiration dates?
MEDIA
Should the fairness doctrine be reinstated so all public media be required to support the public interest including the internet? (Now they can just run PR stuff for non-profits.)
Should all media outlets be required to notify viewers of retractions, violations and misinformation and errors at the beginning of subsequent broadcasts?
Should the internet and cable news be declared a public utility?
If a news source or program spreads misinformation,
Should retractions be required to be shown at the beginning of an episode and/or featured prominently?
ARMS INDUSTRY
Should there be a nationwide ban on carrying guns in public?
Should elected officials who oppose gun control be held responsible for violence and crimes resulting from guns?
Should bump stocks be banned?
Should use of automatic weapons be restricted to require extensive training and permitting to supervised gun ranges only?
Should all permits to carry guns be reviewed and limited to people who have a legitimate need to carry?
In closing these are just a limited number of the things that are needed and these are just the first steps to achieve these goals.
