History of enclosures:
I filed a complaint with the IRS in 1984 against Jerry Falwell for his political actions. He had just jumped from the Moral Majority, taking millions of $$$ to create the Liberty (Foundation?). He backed ten canidates and they all lost.  After two and 1/2 yrs of back and forths, the IRS sends me a note thanking me and that they couldn't say anything because of the law.  Two weeks later, he jumped that ship and went Private. I put this into a packet and sent it to President Clinton by Return Receipt Mail and never heard back.              At that time, the bulbous ass was destroying the Clintons' reputation and I thought he would do something to stop the crush.  I sent it a second time and I heard nothing back.           
Whitewater Vs: Headwaters History:  Whitewater had just broken: I was listening to the news when Mrs Hillary came on and told the crush that "she had done nothing wrong," and that "somebody out there knows the truth and to please help."  I had been investigating the Headwaters acquisition by Hurwitz and I had found the seams of graft, greed and corruption. I got the spirit chills and I immediately wrote up my "report" and sent it to Sue Smith, Liaison to the President. I sent the same report to Robert Mueller, The Washington Post and others. I spent hours at the County Court House going through the records of deeds and things. At the time of the Maxxam take over in 1986, I noticed that the the files were one or two inches thicker.  I found Transfer Deeds where Mortgage companies were being traded like playing cards between savings and loans across State Lines.
